  4. the whole point of human and civil rights is that they are intrinsic rights, they were there all along, law just establishes them amd makes them official. taking ANY rights away shouldn't be possible. all human rights laws are "sacrosanct".

  5. well the religious would say (or rather they wouldn't cos slavery, sex slavery and woman's subservience are the goals of the sex perverts club called christianity) what was i saying? oh yes, the religious would say that rights are god given and there fore cannot be taken away - but regardless of what the fiddling pastors say, once a human right has been established it cannot be taken away, otherwise the whole human rights thing is a waste of time.
