  1. the japanese eat a lot more vegetables than we do in the west, they cook more, they cook better too. prague is the one place i've been that comes close to the quality you get in japan, it's even better than french food.

  2. that's true, when i was there you could get a really tasty cooked meal even in a 7-11 - japan is tops when it comes to cooking.

  3. well when the religious have to concede that there is no free will we will have to look long and hard at the penal system, if you can cure a perp of being a child molester, you cure them and then there is no need to incarcerate them, some people will still need to be separated from society cos we have no other way to deal with them, but acknowledging that the criminal is also a victim of circumstance - we will have to modify our ways of dealing with them, which the religious will really dislike, christians love revenge, hell, punishment and retribution, things that will become redundant.

  5. this is the essence, my son went to japanse school and there is much emphasis on social activity, cleaning and domestic science. it comes naturally, in the west it's a chore even the parents dislike.
