  63. here in the UK you can have private treatment if you want, i usually have private dentistry cos it saves long waits with bad teeth, but even then my dentist has given me NHS treatment when he thought it would save me money and do the same job - extractions for instance - i've had very little use for the NHS until i hit 65 - i was paying for other people's health care, but that's fine by me, cos now i'm 70 i have had to have blood tests, xrays, ct scans, tablets, numerous visits to the doctor and none of it - NONE - has cost me anything other than NI and tax.
