@yakirfrankoveig8094 cranes is the problem, you need to be able to pick it up, transport it - that's why they use chopsticks, there is no transportation issues to deal with it's already "back at base"

@oliverlane9716 why not just launch straight up until the tower is clear, or pitch it backwards? is it really that critical? seems like minimising OLM damage causes tower damage....

i've yet to check but everyday astronaut had feed from the top of the tower showing the booster floating for at least five minutes after it had "landed", it eventually exploded, but was still intact and floating, with a ship and coast guard choppers watching.... i'm at 7:00 so maybe there is mention of this.

i was thinking that this flight would involve an explosion, i was thinking that it's becoming mundane and needed some spice, knowing musk i wouldn't be surprised if this was deliberate - apart from the comms mast on top of the launch tower.
