  1. More than 85 drugs are known to interact with grapefruit and can adverse effects. As more and more of us age and end up on things like Statins fewer of us can safely have grapefruit.

  2. There is a family story from the 1920's, seems my great aunt and her husband had a taxi during prohibition. They never had an issue as it wasn't people that was being moved from place to place and of course when prohibition ended the taxi was sold as it no longer served it's purpose.

  3. This shows how our Nation was born of compromise and the balancing of ideas and ideals. It is sad that now, that not only is that truth all but forgotten by the politics of our times, but that the very word and idea has gone from being something that strengthened us, to now being considered a weakness and to be avoided at all costs, by those we have elected to govern us. Where are the Roger Shermans of our generation that we so sadly and badly need!
