  1. Sounds like a desperate move to stop people from Shorting the stock! Under normal conditions, people short stocks all the time, some win and some lose in the process. It's how the stock market works! Isn't it the Republican Party and it's leader Trump always in favor of Market forces playing out without intervention from "Big Government"?
