CLASSIFICATION IS NOT THE ISSUE! Just smoke and mirrors on the part of his lawyers! He took documents (and possibly other things) that DO NOT BELONG TO HIM! They belong to the US Government and in the case of "gifts" to We the People NOT HIM! Theft is Theft! Anyone else would be waiting it out in jail until his court date.
