These are repositories for preserving and making available the papers" So the documents are still under the control of NARA and NOT the former presidents!

  3. You failed to state one VERY IMPORTANT FACT! The Presidential Libraries while built and funded by the former presidents or their organizations, they are run and are a National Archives facility! At no point did the National Archives, give up or transfer "ownership" or "wipe their hands" of control of the documents! Put in other terms, the documents never left the possession of the National Archives!

  4. That has been true starting with the first book banning brought to us by the Party of that claims to be the upholders of the 1st amendment! Yeah the Republicans scream when a private company suspends their accounts as a violation of the 1st amendment but cheers when books are banned or pass laws to limit the speech of doctors and you!
