  2.  @JamesOblak  Yes this is a case of poor testing of a patch before deploying! And this is not the first time a company has done this including Microsoft, how many times has Microsoft had to roll back patches including in the last 90 days? It's the scope and how PUBLIC the failure is this time that is bringing this all to the attention of people.

  3. CrowdStrike is not an IT service provider in the way you seem to be stating this. They supply cyber security solutions to people and yes the US Government might well be a customer but not for non-public facing systems!
