  1. This is only new in Florida! MANY states have or had laws protecting Car Dealerships and many different rules such as them not being open on Sunday! Many are repealing these out dated laws, many are keeping them intact. But leave it to DeSantis to move Florida backwards, oh and the exception for Tesla? Who's surprised?

  2. Car dealerships are independently owned franchises, one could argue he's protecting local Florida owned and operated businesses and the sales taxes they generate for the state! But yeah I'm sure it's more about protecting people that donate to him.
