  3.  @NotJustBikes  Nonsense. It just puts the responsibility on the one with a propelled vehicle. They don't "work" and their presence doesn't increase any risk. If you're supposing inefficient infrastructure, then that's the problem. However, stop-signs don't guarantee if that is the case.

  5. Imagine having PVC&PET-day, paper and cardboard day, biological/food waste-day and you still have to drive yourself to get rid of chemicals and electronics. Meanwhile, the street averagely looks like a recycling plant, with all the bins and trash bags.
