  2.  @NotJustBikes  Nonsense. It just puts the responsibility on the one with a propelled vehicle. They don't "work" and their presence doesn't increase any risk. If you're supposing inefficient infrastructure, then that's the problem. However, stop-signs don't guarantee if that is the case.
