  1. First, artificially delay the reaction time, next figure out a algorithm to determine the best play, and last: add an algorithm that makes artificial "thinking" errors. Make sure everything happens within time to not let it lose the game. The problem is that Tetris isn't a challenge for any computer... It must be handicapped, not made smarter.
