  1. I think it's intentional. Something might have rewarded him for propagating 'memory insecurity' of C/C++. Silicon Valley protectionism... They are losing authority on the hardware.   2. Next step is to enforce cooperation of ISP's to protect Silicon Valley. They will try to make the hardware illegal but I think Europe is going to be a problem. They don't need any of it for real.
