  1. Dr Ellie, I have gut issues with xylitol gum. And products with it in it. Gums grow back! I just had a issue, I used straight peroxide and the next day my gums receded.. hurt so bad.. but knew they grow back. gargled with salt. Soft tooth brushing massage, no chewing on that side.. 5 days later 3/4 are back..
