Pretty silly to not mention the main issue at hand. - Ethiopia has access to multiple ports in Kenya, Djibouti and owns 19% of a port in Somalia - 30% split is only for 10 years until Somalia can build its navy. -The land Somaliland sold to Ethiopia belongs to a clan that wants to remain in Somalia.(Awdal)
