  26.  @shafsteryellow  There is ISIS in Northern Somalia. Foreigners are hopelessly exposed in Northern Somalia. They can spotted and people will quickly locate where foreigners are. They cannot gain a foothold. All the problems of Somalia are in the south. The corruption, foreign occupation, Al shabaab. Mogadishu was ground zero of the civil war. Not to say the North is the land of milk and honey but it is peaceful and developing.
