  3.  @hisholiness4537  Have you heard of the Sago mine disaster? It collapsed on about a dozen people. They all died due to carbon monoxide poisoning except one person -- Randall McCloy. However, he was as close to death as is humanly possibly. Nobody on Earth is known to have lived through the level of carbon monoxide poisoning he lived through. I wonder if he ate quality organ meats as a kid... but I digress... McCloy was so bad off that his neurosurgeon cold called the author of a book he had read and asked for help. Doctors tend to be arrogant. Neurosurgeons are doctor's doctor. You KNOW it is bad when a neurosurgeon calls up an author with, "I'm at a loss, can you help me." Dr. Sears jumped to it, had some tests performed, and they put high dose, high quality fish oil and high dose polyphenols into his feeding tube. We are talking about 15 grams of EPA/DHA a day. McCoy's recovery was deemed miraculous by the press. A few months out he was giving press conferences. A year or so later, he had a child on the way with his wife. BTW, polyphenol.oxidase is a copper energized enzyme... ALL oxidase enzymes are. ... Let's head up to 10,000 feet for a broad view... The Royals and International Bankers refer to themselves as Blue Bloods. They literally name themselves after high copper status in their diet and blood -- above all other metrics!!! The Blue Bloods financed a system to deplete their debt-serf classes of their blue blood status. It is no more complex than that. Glyohosate chelates copper so the body can't use it. HFCS blocks copper absorption into the body and Into the cell. Ascorbic acid strips copper atoms from its carrier protein so coppers can't be delivered to 40 quadrillion mitochondria... Calcium supplements block magnesium absorption so copper can't be loaded into its ceruloplasmin transport protein/enzyme. Ceruloplasmin means blue blood. Vitamin D supplements burn retinal status so copper atoms can't be loaded into ceruloplasmin. Zinc supplements bind up copper so the body can't use the copper.

  4.  @hisholiness4537  The body is an amazing adaptation machine, but tanstaafl. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Adaptation creates stressors on the system. As those stressor build up, the body degenerates faster. The body ages faster. Performance falls off faster. It isn't obvious... until it is. I could never gain much muscle. I had nerve damage as a 12 year old playing Little League (Lysyl oxidase needs copper to optimize collagen/elastin/nerve sheath production). I was always cold as a child and youth (low energy production produces less heat). My friend, however, gained a ton of muscle. He was about 5'-5" and 190 lbs. of mostly muscle. He could've made every argument you have made here. Until he had his heart attack, that is. The surgery / blood clot / surgery damaged his kidneys and now he's on dialysis 3x a week. He can barely walk 20 ft. up a 2% grade. He's wasted away to about 130 lbs. now. Why did his heart give out? It lacked the cellular energy to produce the Mg-ATP to continue to function optimally, that's why. How much copper and magnesium was deployed away from his heart to his muscles in order to carry and train an extra 40 lbs. of muscle for 15 years? Would his heart have given out so soon? Are you sure? My friend would LOOOOVE to go grind it out in the gym... but he now lacks the organic energy production to do it. He doesn't workout because he lacks the energy to do so. He doesn't lack energy because he doesn't work out... working out now would almost certainly expedite his death. Note how CovFeFe has disproportionately hit the bodybuilding crowd. Their muscles take copper and magnesium away from their organs... u less those nutrients are replenished.... And there is always Greg Ducet p*mping out organs of metallic iron filing bread to his gullible audience... and, yes, I called him out on it and posted the same Dr. Kell article... he called me a liar and added nothing to support his position. He has nothing...
