  6.  @safestart6252 My brother and I were adopted. Sweetest Mon ever. Too sweet. I was younger and smaller. My older brother is an unhinged pathological narcissist and I am very empathetic. Yet, I experienced way more trauma growing up with psycho self than he did. Now what? There are other factors in play — welcome to complex systems! For healing at all levels — look up Morley Robbins, Dr. Chris Palmer, and Dr. Thomas Seyfried. They are all discussing the same root cause thing from different angles.

  7. IOW, you think the world should conform to your feelings and others are wrong because they aren’t you. Right? You have to realize this is wrong — life is a balance… others are worth just as much as you, but not more. Others do not exist to serve your agenda while you don’t care about theirs. What do you consider empathy? Do you have empathy for people who don’t align with your agendas? You only have to consciously choose to reject your selfishness and work to be more balanced. BTW, narcissists tend to be their own worst enemy — so being more balanced will do the most to HELP YOU actually live a better life.
