  1. Prove high cholesterol causes the bad stuff. You can claim it all day long, but you are being dishonest if you can't prove it. I hear about half of all cardiac events occur in folks with cholesterol considered normal... from PhD lipid researcher Dr. Barry Sears, PhD. Search "Half of Patients with Ideal Cholesterol Have Underlying Heart Risks." Do you know higher cholesterol is associated with longer life spans over 70 years old? Note, I didn't say it was causal. An example that contradicts your claim would be higher cholesterol due to two different root causes -- one healthy and one toxic. How do you know that can't be the case. "Consensus" in science translates to "we can't prove it, but our paychecks are maximized if we claim it." It is classic appeal to authority logical fallacy -- and they love intellectually defenseless people. Don't be their unwitting parrot. The research is pretty clear that it is oxidized LDL that is pretty tightly correlated with pro-inflammatory conditions, including cardiac disease. LDL can become oxidized in a macrophage overloaded with iron due to a lack of copper-based ferroxidase to flip ferrous iron into ferric iron. Transferrin carries ferric iron, not ferrous iron found in blood. Macrophages also eat up LDL... and that reactive ferrous iron could conceivably oxidize that LDL. Oooops, but there is "consensus" that ingesting known carcinogenic metallic iron filings is not a problem. Doh! That's in the science, too. Read "Iron Behaving Badly by knighted Sir Douglas B. Kell, PhD... and count his references, one by one. lol Consensus is scientific sounding propaganda... and nothing else. Dr. Edward Bernays, PhD wrote about how the gullible would be deceived... and was voted one of the Top 100 Most Influential People of the 20th Century. That's one person per year on Earth. Do you know who he is and what he did? He was Sigmund Freud's nephew who actually deployed Freud's princioles in a practice way... in service to Empire, Inc. Look up "Bernays Universal Literacy quote" and read what he says about you... and how easy it is to program you. Not just you, but almost everyone. PS -- retinoic acid is required to complex copper into its transport protein, or the copper won't get delivered where needed. Retinol is closely tied to animal fats from pastured animals (naturally raised). As is cholesterol. And that copper complex transport protein acts as ferro-oxidase, the enzyme likely required to keep macrophages from over loading with iron and rusting that LDL cholesterol. The truth wrecks the business model. Surely you can understand that, right? Read Eisenhower's Farewell Speech beginning three paragraphs before "the power of money, which is gravely to be regarded." It isn't like they didn't tell you how the system works to deceive you.
