@DiMacky24 Look up Morley Robbins. Bio-copper and magnesium are almost certainly depleted in most 1st world diets (where, exactly, are you getting yours?), yet these two nutrients are necessary for the mitochondria to convert glucose and fat into cellular energy. What is the fuel that energizes cell? ATP? No. ATP is worthless, at least technically. Mg-ATP is the true cellular energy molecule.

The first paragraph makes it clear. BTW, this is taught in at least some biochemistry majors as evidenced by a recent biochemistry graduate who recalled it being mentioned for about 5 seconds in their class. Never to be mentioned, again, though. And never mentioned in medical school for sure!

** Some will claim beans and spinach have iron in them, so adding iron filings to cereal is no problem. Where is the video pulling metallic iron filings from spinach and beans? They can't do it. The form matters more than the name -- don't be deceived! Organic iron in plants is usable while INORGANIC metallic iron filings are quite toxic and designated as a carcinogen (increasing cancer rates are NOT coming from Mars!).
