Both iron and copper come in two forms -- biologically active and necessary for life, and toxic and degenerative. In the case of copper, if it is not bound in its ceruloplasmin carrier protein, it is toxic at any levels other than low levels. What is required to bind copper into ceruloplasmin? Well, an ATP7B enzyme has to load copper into ceruloplasmin, and ATP7B depends on both magnesium and retinoic acid (retinol + sun exposure). If one is low in any of these things, the system has a rate limiter and toxic versions of iron and copper build up, including in the brain.
Now, let's look at the food and nutrition system:
1. Retinol comes from animal fat, which we were told was toxic -- depleted retinol was the result.
2. Magnesium and copper aren't even standard on nutrition labels.
3. High fructose corn syrup blocks copper absorption into the body and into the cell.
4. Glyphosate weed killer chelates both magnesium and copper so plants can't pull them from the soil (this is how the weeds die -- no minerals, no weeds).
5. Calcium overload is promoted, and too much calcium blocks magnesium absorption.
6. Hormone D overload is promoted, and it turbocharges calcium to block magnesium, and also depletes retinol. In nature, there is always about 10x retinol to hormone D (for a reason!).
7. NPK fertilizer has no magnesium or copper in it -- it is not being added into the soil.
8. Omega 6 fatty acids turbocharge iron's toxicity in the human body (Rancid and denantured Omega 6 seed oils promoted as "healthy").
9. Metallic iron filings were added to the food supply beginning in 1941. Chronic disease was about 4% then. It is about 50% in our children now.
10. Mothers donate 100% of their epigenetics and mitochondrial DNA to both male and female children... so nutrient depletions and toxic iron overload in Momma builds in ALL children.
11. Ceruloplasmin-bound copper manages copper, but also expressed as ferro-oxidase and controls iron redox reactions. IOW, it controls iron recycling in the human body. Both iron and copper go rogue when bio-copper is low.
12. Macrophages eat blood cells with ferrous iron in them. Ferro-oxidase (ceruloplasmin-bound copper) converts the ferrous iron to ferric iron, and transferrin can only carry ferric iron back to the bone marrow to make more blood cells from the iron. If one is low in bio-copper, THE IRON GETS STUCK IN THE MACROPHAGES! MACROPHAGES BECOME LITTLE TOXIC IRON BOMBS... They also don't function well -- which is a BIG HIT TO THE IMMUNE SYSTEM!!! Does anyone know of others who have immune system problems?
13. Ceruloplasmin-bound copper is the MASTER ANTI-OXIDANT IN THE UNIVERSE -- NOTHING COMES CLOSE. When it becomes depleted, the human body has to go to PLAN B -- which is estrogen. Estrogen is also an anti-oxidant. Now you know why both boys and girls are becoming so estrogen dominant!!! It is a sign of toxic iron overload (and bio-copper and magnesium depletion).
14. Your doctor NEVER HEARD THE WORD COPPER IN HIS/HER TRAINGING!

The game is all about cellular energy production. ATP is worthless. It doesn't power anything in the cell. Mg-ATP does, though. The MAGNESIUM HAS TO BE ATTACHED TO THE ATP FOR IT TO FUNCTION, yet magnesium isn't even on our nutrition labels, nor put into the debt-money serf food-like substance supply. Cytochrom c oxidase, like ALL OXIDASE AND PEROXIDASE ENZYMES, is a cupro-enzyme -- it requires bio-copper to function, and the only way it gets access to bio-copper is if ceruloplasmin-bound copper is fully functioning, otherwise, the copper is toxic and can't be transported correctly.
