@maddy3562 It depends on your mitochondrial function. If your mitochondria are well nourished and functioning well, exercise is good. This presenter’s advice almost certainly applies. However, if your mitochondria are compromised, lacking nourishment and toxified, if tou begin exercising more, you may cause tour heart to fail sooner because the muscles hog the mitochondrial nutrients that the heart needs to function. Muscle is not the root cause, it is an effect. The healthiness of the mitochondria is the root cause, and that includes whether it has nutrients or not and whether it has been damaged by toxins.

@joanneclark8256 Some do. Our bodies are very complex. I hypothesize that some level of toxicity combined with an over musculature body that drains energy from toxified areas.

@joanneclark8256 Stop poisoning them with rusty metallic iron filing mineral waste and toxic industrial seed oils is a great start. Neither exist in the food supply… they are both unnatural. Then renutrify them, but some might have to do some liver detoxing before it can provide the mitochobdria the copper it needs to process oxygen and activate the antioxidant enzymes.

Eat in accord with the laws of nature… I eat nose-to-tail from pastured animals (lambs and goats) with some grass fed beef. Grass finished is even better. Some additional pro tips include only ingesting pure NaCl (Morton’s Canning and Pickling Salt) for maximum electrical potential and minimal passenger toxins, drinking distilled water, and following Dr. Ellie Phillips’ Complete Mouth Care System (it is amazing — even though I dislike two products. 3 steps back for 30 steps forward is how I view it. Spit that last rinse out really good.
