Synergies the RCP, Wahls, Zone Diet, and broccoli sprouts (cleans iron out of the liver and promotes regeneration), and I think some pretty amazing things might just be possible.
I believe oxidative stress and NLRP3 triggering, both induced by metallic iron filing overload, play a key role in insomnia. I don't think they are separate.
get that bio-copper up (copper rich foods raised according to natural law,, retinol, sunshine and magnesium), get that iron overload down, including blood donation, avoid those blue blood blockers (HFCS, glyphosate, hormone D, zinc, ascorbic acid, low fat diet, NPK fertilizer, and stress from any source), and see what happens.
