@bobbystraus8127 Dhru? What is he selling, besides commercials, which je does load up on more than most? Otherwise, he interviews non-conventional thinkers in the wellness space, and does a great job, IMHO.
I’ve never bought anything from him, nor did I know he’s selling anything!
The rate of commercials is annoying when listening while trying to go to sleep, but other than that, Dhru is top notch, IMHO.
Once he reads Cure Your Fatigue and gets Morley Robbins on he will be darn near complete!
I’d like to see Dr. Barry Sears as well. He will make a great case for a 40-30-30-ish diet, which will still work well for those without damaged glucose metabolism due, in significant part IMHO, by what Morley Robbins teaches.

@silencenhikes6692 Dr. Chris Palmer has many good interviews on Youtube. So does Morley Robbins. I'd start there an listen as you do work around the home. Dr. Palmer doesn't know why our mitochondria are getting so damaged, but the actual literature reveals that metallic iron filings, which are NOT a component of any food on Earth, are a major contributor. More toxic iron means less copper -- the research is clear. Less copper means less ferroxidase activity -- iron recycling shuts down.
Anemia is an artifact, not of low systemic iron, but of low iron recycling and management within the body.
It is ridiculous to assume low systemic iron could even exist in people eating a food supply that has tons of metallic iron filings added as part of a massive so-called 'fortification' operation.
I heard a friend ask her doctor, 'how do you know I'm not anemic due to chronic inflammation caused by too much iron stuck in my tissues.'
The doctor replied exactly correctly... 'We have no evidence of that.'
They are admittedly clueless!
It isn't their fault -- they were not taught the truth about copper and magnesium is proper context.
What is their fault is their near complete lack of curiosity.
My friend had an iron infusion due to here anemia, and her nose turned into a blood faucet. It bled and bled, and it would not stop. They cauterized her nostrils, at a nice price, no doubt. The blood kept flowing.
They cauterized her nose again... again, cha-ching!
What method does a massively iron overloaded body have of getting rid of iron?
Bleeding.
Do you think that doctor learned anything from that experience?
I don't know, but I bet he learned exactly nothing.
THAT is his fault.
