The books are free on online. ANYONE can read them. But who CARES enough to do so? It is way more fun to react to emotional states, and the Power of Money KNOWS how to manipulate emotional states in order to create REACTIONS! "And of course, being children, things go wrong when bad or selfish decisions are made. Bogey-men are thus created to absorb the blame...deep dark evil forces that make things go bump in the night. THEY are the reason for all this trouble! Bad, bad men! I suppose another way to put it that you might understand better, is that the world is run by men who truly understand the dark nature of the human spirit. So, YOU provide the evil and these men create scenarios where they know how you will react. It is scary how accurately refined these rule-based systems have become. Ironically, THESE men of "knowledge" must keep their "hands" clean! Must! Or the MAGIC goes! Oh!
