  9. The Big Elephant in the middle of the room is that sex often becomes a mode of control over someone one is supposed to love and care about. It becomes the thing that proves one person doesn't really care about the other person unless they naturally understand (men and women tend be different, and individuals tend to be different). This is not new. A couple thousand years ago... "Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency. But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment. For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that." ~1 Corinthians 7 However much sexual intimacy a married couple have should be by MUTUAL consent, each rendering concern and compassion for the other. As it turns out, many 'spouses' believe their way is the right way and the other partner can fork off in every way but the one they want! Narcissism is out of control... but too few people discuss it. Paul called acting in that manner a fraud (against the one you are supposed to love -- how evil!) and turns one into an agent of Satan. They don't care... they want want they want and Paul can fork off. This applies to sex, but also to intimacy and togetherness. It is not all women, and men who view their wives as sex-on-demand are equal pigs. THIS is the elephant in the middle of the room that everyone is blind to, but most are getting torched by behind closed doors.

  35.  @johnreidy2804  I appreciate the positive feedback — it is quite rare. ‘Eat in accord with nature’ is the best summary of what I’m trying to do. What did your ancestors eat 1,000 years ago that got your genetic line to this point? I don’t ingest industrially processed seed oils or rusty iron filings, neither of which exist in food naturally. I want to approximate nose-to-tail eating of grass grazed animals, which means organ meats from lambs and goats from a Middle Eastern butcher. I eat liver, brain, heart, lung, kidney, pancreas and goat-foot soup. And Rocky Mountain oysters. The organs are rich in absorbable bio-copper, a key energetic nutrient that is often half or less than 1948 test subjects.. i only ingest pure Na/Cl and pure K/Cl — I believe the other salts have contamination and lost their electrical potential long ago. I follow Dr. Ellie Phillips’ amazing total mouth care system… because I want to keep my teeth and don’t want bacteria festering in root canals or more cavitations. I dislike some of the products, but they work in spades. I consider it going back 3 steps to move forward 30 steps. I cycle between keto, fasting and a Zone Diet (40/30/30) macronutrient ratio, but remember, I try to eat nature’s carbs grown in accordance with with nature (and not industry). I try to do some physical exertion if I ingest a decent amount of carbs… if I’m sedentary I’m more likely to do keto or low carb. I do some sardine fasting (Dr. Boz) and water fasting. My height increased almost 5/8” in my 50s. My very bad skin on my head is significantly less bad, but still has a ways to go. The skin on my feet are much better as well. I still don’t feel energetic or motivated and my latest effort is reading and implementing The Mood Cure. It is a work in progress. My life has been quite stressful due to: 1. Poor epigenetics (I was adopted). 2. Poor diet — Crisco and iron filing loaded cereals and breads where the norm, as were the fluoride pills. 3. Being submerged in other people’s pathological narcissism. 4. I supplemented zinc, my Na/K HTMA dropped linearly from 6.5 to 1.7, and I felt my energy drain as that line dropped. I’m still trying to get my energy back by renutrifying and detoxifying. I do have an odd heart awareness, but my cardio seems to be pretty decent and I find it hard to believe my heart is worse now than 6 years ago when I wasn’t ‘aware’ of it. Physical exertion does make me tired, but I think less so as I recover more.
