Metallic iron filings were added to the food supply in 1941, and increased 50% circa 1970. The lawmakers wanted even more added, but scientists spoke up and prevented them from doing that. "Iron: The Most Dangerous Metal" by Jym Moon PhD (biochemical toxicology) discusses many relevant details. Iron Behaving Badly is a research paper by Sir Douglas B. Kell, PhD. He was knighted for his work by the British Crown, Inc. For those who value Biblical prophecy, read Daniel 2:43 because the Money Power have read it and financed it into reality. "Cleave" refers to the ability to love intimately (see usage in Genesis).

@dulcegonzalezsuero Do you eat processed foods with oxidative stress driving metallic iron filings added to them? Do you ingest toxic seed oils? Is your glycemic load at meals often high? Are you under chronic stress, perhaps from a coven of narcissists that surround you? Is your bio-copper status good? If you stopped eating organ meats from pastured animals, the answer is likely no. A high TG/HDL can indicate high inflammation. 1.0 or less is said to be good. I know someone very sick who has a TG/HDL of about 1.0, though, so it is not a rock solid gauge. Arachidonic acid / eicopentaenoic acid (AA/EPA) is another gauge. From memory, I think 2.0 is pretty good. Many are over 10.
