They don't want to commune with another, they want to manipulate another person into satisfying their personal agenda. They don't want a relationship, they want a conformanceship. And narcissists don't like people who are different from themselves, and men and women tend to be sufficiently different that it causes problems. There are exceptions... appreciate them if you are fortunate enough to have them. Narcissism is an abomination that leads to desolation.
