If your really think you must take vitamin D, eat quality sardines (away from Fukushima!) packed in water (not rancid oils, regardless of the taste -- read Fats that Heal and Fats that Kill by Udo Erasmus, ignore his vegetarian dogma unless, perhaps, you are a blood type A). Rosita's Cod Liver Oil is supposed to be good, but keep it cold, and best to keep it vacuum sealed, if possible. Quality whole cream has retinol, just ingest it away from significant carbs. Over berries is excellent. With yerba mate tea is excellent as well (although, I still need to verify via an HTMA to see if it is distorting my mineral exhaust status in a negative way).
