Veganism is a limited message. Grow your own vegetables in nutrient dense soils. Avoid GMO foods -- the glyphosate chelates the minerals your body needs to make energy, spark enzyme function, and promote optimal health.
Avoid junk foolds, and iron fortified foolds.
If you do eat meat, do so from places that more humanely raise animals. Industrial husbandry is demonic. That stress denutrifies the animals, and then you eat stressed out, denutrified meat. I eat organ meats to rebuild my bio-copper status, but they are goat and lamb from a local Middle Eastern grocer. They have grazed in a pasture during their life. if you eat animals,, eat healthy ones and eat all of it (organs, too). I eat lots of vegetables, too. I juice them.. I eat fruits fruits as well, but don't juice them. If you can, raise your own animals if you eat them.
If you eat meat, work to minimize it as you maintain your health levels.
And stop eating iron fortified foolds... those metallic iron filings are far from organic iron found in plants and meat.

@swarming1092 For context, I do believe humans have a responsibility to be very good stewards for ani.al husbandry, and almost all fail.miserably. Stressed out animals produce nutrient dysregulated meat. I do not buy into the Money Power narrative that humans are animals and that there is equality. Humans are orders of magnitude more important than animals, and the latter exist to support the former. Not as gluttony, of course, or as pathological money seekers, but as Agape motivated stewards of Earth.
I am all for minimizing animal flesh consumption. If reasonable, I can see eliminating it. So the key is reasonableness. And there are levels tonthenvegan game... GMO HFCS is an effective slow kill toxin, yet it is "vegan." So proper definitions need to clarify what is "vegan healthy," as opposed to "vegan slow kill," lest people be confused.
I do have a few questions for you. Your answers might be able to convince me it is reasonable to reduce my animal flesh consumption.
1. How can a person optimize their ceruloplasmin-bound copper status as a vegan. Please be detailed and specifically address how a ceruloplasmin-bound copper deficient person can produce enough retinoic acid to activate ATP7A and ATP7B given that the enzyme that converts 12 beta-carotene into 1 retinol is copper dependent, and relies on ceruloplasmin-bound copper to deliver the copper to the enzyme? ATP7B is the enzyme that loads copper atoms into ceruloplasmin, which is both a multifunctional enzyme and the copper transport enzyme..
2. If retinol production breaks down due to ceruloplasmin-bound copper deficiency, how will cytochrome c oxidase get copper in order to split oxygen in the process of making the cellular energy molecule -- Mg-ATP?
3. Consider question 2 in light of carcinogenic metallic iron filings added to processed foolds in 1941, including so-called vegan foolds. Given that this tsunami of toxic iron drives stress that triggers metallothionein to chelate copper, how will the body produce the retinol, and its retinoic acid metabolites, to load copper into ceruloplasmin?
4. Given that the Royals and their International Banking Buddies literally define their value based on being Blue Bloods (their ceruloplasmin-bound copper status in their blood), have you considered they know something you don't? BTW, the Rothschilds are vegetarian, except for some Biblical-based ritualistic meat ingestion.
5. How do you know that one or more blood types didn't evolve based on meat eating, and that not eating meat for these blood types stresses their system and leads to accelerated degeneration in them?
6. Do you consider your ancestors mass murderers?
7. Do you believe cat owners should be arrested and charged for harboring a murderer when their cat kill a mouse?
8. Do you believe the Source Energy that resulted in animals that eat other animals, like lions, has a murderous spirit?
9. Do people who take antibiotics commit murder? How about anti-fungals?
10. Are you a murderer when you kill a live plant, or pay someone to do it for you?
