Make sure your bio-copper and magnesium are available to keep your Mg-ATP production high to support your efforts. 4. Analyze your stressors and remove them. If you can't, reframe them so they don't deplete you bio-copper and magnesium. 5. Minimize toxin ingestion, including metallic iron filings, Mg, Cu, etc... depleting pesticides -- eat organic or from your garden. 6. Don't live a Fe-ar based life, which will be easier without the toxic iron filings triggering your NLRP3 inflammazone proteins... 7. Be kind to yourself, and aware that OCD is associated with iron overload toxicity in the tissues (where it is not measured).
