  1. Chicago shouldn't even be on this list. Chicagos murder rate isn't that high so I don't see where all the hype is coming from. Yes, it's murder numbers are high but not the actual murder rate. New orleans and Detroit murder rate is 4 times higher than chicago but where's new orleans on the list?
