In order for a nuke to hit Yellowstone it would have to travel either thru other states in the US first or from the Arctic all the thru Canada to reach Yellowstone, I'm sure it would be destroyed by the US military before it reached there.

I live in Canada a lot of our oil and natural gas exported by pipeline to supply the US. On the east coast of Canada, Newfoundland has offshore oil and natural gas, I believe their oil is supplying Europe, but I don't know about the natural gas. British Columbia (BC) on the west coast is building a LNG pipeline and terminal for liquefied natural gas but it is on the Pacific and won't be completed till late 2023. Alberta has a pipeline that transports oil to four refineries to Washington State in the US, plus there is a terminal to ship oil by oil tanker in British Columbia. Alberta oil is bitumen in order for it to travel by pipeline is converted in Dilbit (Dilbit is diluted bitumen that is diluted with one or more lighter petroleum products, typically natural-gas condensates such as naphtha.) and requires specialized refinery to process it.

I've heard stories of Russian soldiers stealing washing machine and toilets from homes in Ukraine, I didn't know they were also stealing toilets from other European countries. ;)

I live off the coast of British Columbia in Canada on an island, not far from the Cascadia fault line (Cascadia subduction zone) the last big earthquake was January 26, 1700, with an estimated 9.0 magnitude which caused the coastline to drop several feet and a large tsunami. The chances that an earthquake as large as magnitude 9.0 will occur along the zone within the next 50 years are about one in ten. Therefore residents are all suppose to have an earthquake kits, with various supplies as if camping in the wilderness , one of the items required are plastic bags for that very purpose, as there will be no water and power until help can arrive and make repairs.

@DaFinkingOrk I watched two videos of Ukrainian women living alone making meals on wood stoves, they were independent and self sufficient. There was a shed with stacked wood, flour stored in large flour sacks, a cold shed to store carrots, potatoes and other vegetables which they grew, collected berries from shrubs, pumped water and made their own cheese and bread. I don't know if these videos were filmed since Russia invaded but they reminded me of stories from early 1900 in Canada.

@larkhill2119 If Putin is unable to get parts to do repairs we might see him doing just that.
