I believe Trump was referring to Canada, when: .Trump said “one of the presidents of a big country” at one point asked him whether the US would still defend the country if they were invaded by Russia even if they “don’t pay.” “No, I would not protect you,” Trump recalled telling that president. “In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want. You got to pay. You got to pay your bills.”

  2.  @melted_cheetah  I believe he let all the lies by Trump get to him, and fell into having to defend his term as President and proof Trump wrong. Instead he should of called Trump out as a liar or just said that is not true, you know it and so does the American public.
