My father-in-law landed on D Day 3, he was a tank gunner for the Canadian military, he was fortunate to survive and return to Holland many years later for a celebration for the liberation of Holland along with his brother who also fought there. His hearing was later impacted due to firing over the Rhine for something like 10 hours straight.

I believe after many of us heard about or seen photos of the war crimes that the Russians had done to the Ukrainians a lot of the public became impatient for Ukraine to kick the Russian butts out of Ukraine. If being patient is difficult for civilians from other countries image how difficult it is for the Ukrainians. Having patience is a virtue as having the ability to endure difficult people and situations without giving into anger or giving up hope, is what will win this war.
