I thought they took the raccoons for food and their fur. I seen a video of just how bad the Russian military ready to eat packages are. The video looked into why Russian soldiers were told to steal the Ukrainian military meal packs and first aid kits. They opened up the meal packs and first aid kits and did a comparison. The Russian military is getting substandard ready to eat meal kits and first aid and the Ukrainian meal and first aid kits are superior.
