It's worse. Should you be unsatisfied, this document says you're not allowed to bring in other parties to resolve a conflict, e.g. a contract lawyer or actual law enforcement, but are bound to whatever they dictate through their arbiter. That part, known as "forced arbitration", is one that probably should be illegal - but if you succumb to the pressure to sign this thing, you're not allowed to even ask.

Parties that have signed this document wouldn't be allowed to say so, no. They'd be able to discuss the text of this document (as that was information made public through no fault of theirs) but not whether they themselves were offered the same one, or any at all.

@brettski74 It's murky waters. They would be bound regarding their agreement, but this document isn't their agreement. Inevitably they'd stay mum because Apple could (and very likely would) punish them regardless of right.
