  3. I literally tried to pay them, long before they introduced premium. They proceeded to refuse me the service for about two years after creating it, then when at last I could pay they didn't deliver, but elected to insult my family. Meanwhile they escalated the abuse section by an order of magnitude. The problem is not payment.
