  1. I just watched a couple of vids from Russia. One an English bloke with his Russian wife cleaning up after the floods, another on the public transport in Moscow from Lisa with Love. Alexey Pivovar and Redaktsiya are on vacation, but they are posting prerecorded interviews. Those seem fine too. Where is this slowing YouTube down? If there are problems, it is probably due to Youtube not maintaining their servers or whatever infrastructure they need to maintain in Russia...and that's their choice.
