  1.  @Robespierre-lI  Dude I was part of NATO forces. The legitimate government of what was still Yugoslavia official was fighting a campaign against the terrorist group UCK/KLA. The Albanians in Kosovo were fine if they weren't engaging in terror against federal police. nATO basically acted as the KLA air wings, both strategic and tactical. This wasn't Bosnia-Hercegovina, which was much overhyped in a one sided manner ànyway.

  3. Ironically it was an ethnic Romanian/Hungarian officer from Vojvodina (Novi Sads region) in the Yugoslav army who shot down our F 117. Yugoslavia was a multilingual, multi ethnic federation unlike, say, today's Croatia or Ukraine.

  5.  @ni9274  Because that's what NATO and ts leading powers do...Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan...bombing Yugoslavia. This is coming from a guy that served in SFOR and supported KFOR from the rear eschalon.
