  1. In California we have Mission San Luis Rey and the San Luis Rey river, located to the very north of San Diego (St James of Acala) county, the mission being in the modern city of Oceanside. It is quite well preserved and/or reconstructed and well worth the visit if in the area.

  2.  @TheHistoryGuyChannel  Among the madness of Floyd summer the only two groups I saw out defending monuments (effectively) were Italian Americans around Columbus statues and trad Catholics around St Louis, St Francis and other Catholic icons.
