And given that Mayan literacy had died out, apparently the modern Mayans themselves weren't too interested in decipherment. But of course 'racism' is to current generations as the miasma was to Medieval physicians, a bad force that permeates everything.

  6. Whats a 'unit' in the 520 units? Is there evidence external to the building of a linear measure that gets one 520 of them when applied to sides of this building? Otherwise its just a square building.
