@Nick-pb5lc And then maybe ask yourself why. I mean, this dude says because of 'weird laws'. What are those 'weird laws'. I voted in California. On a scantron like sheet that I filled out at home and brought to the 'polling place'. We all got them. Should be a snap to tabulate all those votes. I mean, I seem to recall back in the day before the sneakily introduced 'default' of mail in ballots, we had all the votes counted in 48-72 hours.

@mikaylaeager7942 Well first of all it does matter. You had a vote for your representative and one senator. You had a vote on something like eight initiatives. You had a vote on things your vote had a much larger statistical chance of deciding, and things that matter more in your day to day life, like your city council, your county commissioners, your water board, your community college board.

I don't know how I ended up here. I have no idea who you are, except after listening to 3 minutes I can tell you are a bog standard liberal. But every time I hear about 'book banning' and it turns out its just some school district deciding not to have a particular book in its school libraries I feel an probably irrational need to push back. Your books haven't been 'banned'. I can go to Amazon or wherever and get them right this minute. If someone here wants to get their children, their nieces and nephews (pardon the gender binary, LOL) their neighbor kid you book they can. So dude, stop whinging.
