  4.  @holdon4992  Actually they did an economic deal in 2014, but ultra-nationalists in the West of 'Ukraine' wouldn't accept that, and started a slow motion, violent coup, eventually forcing out -- again with violence -- the legitimately elected president. And all this happened, in 2004 as well as 2014, with US support and even direction (see Victoria Nuland). Ukraine now needs to be right sized.

  8. Finland was de facto in NATO already; they have trained with NATO forces in joint exercises for decades and participated in NATO operations in Bosnia-Hercegovina. By becoming a formal member, all Finland will do is ensure that more Kinzhals will be pre-targeted at Helsinki. There won't be time to get to their famous bunkers.

  17. @TwinMama09 First the border bill rejected was in the Senate. The House passed a real border bill which Schumer won't bring to a vote. Second the Senate border bill just codified catch and release for 1.8 million migrants a year. The population of Hawaii
