  1. Food inflation in the US is at 20%...not fatal but hurts. Part of that is taking Russian grain and fertilizer and gas (a fertilizer feed stock) off line. In the West that is...the rest of the world, the vast majority by population, is fine trading with Russia. Oh, did you learn the difference between tanks and self propelled howitzers yet?

  2. Probably best in the long run for Russia not to be reliant on Europe and income from selling natural resources. And, after all, it was Russia itself that shut of the gas.

  4. Except it's not fact based. Or rather, this guy who can't tell tanks from self propelled artillery also is ignoring the 3/4 of the world that is fine trading with Russia. He's also not mentioned the IMF estimates of the Russian economy, namely a pretty underwhelming 2.1% drop in Russian economic activity for 2022 and projected growth of around 3% this year.

  11.  @truthseeker6116  You need to stop swallowing Western propaganda. There are plenty of Russian based bloggers outside of the main cities that show a different story. Btw Russia is world leader in fertilzer exports (manufactured products) and nuclear power plants. Just as Putin underestimated Ukraine we underestimate Russia.

  12. IMF predicts 3% growth in Russian economy in 2023. All the sanctions only led to a 2.1% decline last year.
