@FunkySpaceLord Conquering usually means taking over the whole country so I'm not seeing a contradiction.

@ralfbaechle Romania and Bulgaria are hardly 'successes'. Latvia and Lithuania are rapidly losing population, so I wouldn't include them as successes either (yes I know they were not 'Warsaw pact'). The Czech place because know for a long time, maybe even still is, as a sex tourism destination.

@MihaiMarinescuJr. LOL, no. "We" haven't even engaged in a semblance of cooperation with Russia since 2010, when btw all the 'cooperating' was on their part helping to facilitate "our" war in Afghanistan.

Kudos for posting the whole Mearsheimer clip ... or at least enough have a true sense of what he said. You'll notice the prediction is conditional...*if* Putin thinks that the Donbas is going to come under attack, then he will intervene. Well, there are indications that the Ukraine was going to retry another 'counter-terrorist operation'.
