  1. NATO targetted bridges, trains, power stations in Yugoslavia in 1999. And Putin isnt charged with 'genocide'. He is charged with illegal deportation of children. Of course in reality the children were orphans or had no care givers in the conflict areas they were taken from. And those areas are overwhelmingly Russian speaking, and the Russian Federation has facilitated the return of children to relatives in the Ukraine or elsewhere.
