I don't think Russia has any interest in Finland. Maybe a chunk of Estonia, Narva, where Russians/Slavs are and have been for a very long time -- like before there was an 'Estonia' -- the majority. The Ukraine is different. 20% of the population of 'internationally recognized -- Ukraine identifies as Russian. My estimate from pre 2022 voting patterns is that at least a third want close relations with the Russian state and economy and with Russian culture...which is their culture. The EU/US color revolution crowd trying to sunder those ties is what got us where we are.

@rangda_prime Actual Swedes are a minority in your major cities, but you fear Russia.

@marklittle8805 Yes, we saw how much territory the Ukraine's best brigades, with full NATO support no doubt including special forces boots, made in Kursk.
