  3. The 'expert' doesn't even know how long Bout has been in captivity. Its since 2010 (12 years) in US custody and another two in Thai custody. So 50% longer than the 'expert' says, would would actually help him in his point, that Bout is 'out of touch'. Personally I don't think that's right. There are still going to be guys around that worked with him. 14 years isn't 30 years. There are going to be guys that know of him. There's going to be something of a cache about working with him. He might have even made contacts in US prison (that's been known to happen). And there is just him...he isn't young anymore but he isn't old, and still will have to a great degree the same characteristics and skills that made him a top arms dealer.
